Maya Poss

Maya Poss has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Maya began their career as an Administrative Employee at Careers, USA in 1989, where they provided general administrative assistance to clients in various industries. Maya then joined Computer Task Group in 1994, where they served in several roles, including Secretary/Receptionist, Administrative Assistant at the Financial Administration Center, and eventually as a Regional Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for the East Region. Maya'sresponsibilities included financial reporting, sales support, and regional revenue forecasting.

In 2006, Maya moved on to Busker Communications, where they served as an Accounting Assistant. Maya'sduties included processing payroll, serving as an HR contact, and managing Accounts Receivable and collection efforts. Maya later joined Cypress Communications in 2008 as a Staff Accountant, where they administered compensation plans for the sales team and management.

From 2011 to 2013, Maya worked as a Senior Staff Accountant at Broadvox Communications. Here, they were involved in creating company-wide sales compensation plans, as well as administering compensation plans for the direct sales and channel management teams.

Maya's most recent role was at Fusion Connect, where they served as a Sales Compensation Analyst. Maya joined the company in 2014 and was responsible for administering compensation plans for the direct sales and channel management teams. Maya also compiled, reviewed, and issued commission statements.

Maya Poss attended The University of Alabama from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Theatre.
