Randal Switzer

Randal Switzer has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Randal started their career at Covad Communications in 2000 as a Technical Support Specialist before transitioning to the role of Process Analyst II in 2005. From 2008 to 2012, they served as both a Manager - Customer Ops at Covad and a Customer Operations Manager. In 2012, they joined MegaPath as a Desktop Support Specialist and eventually became an IT Manager in 2016. Currently, they are working as an IT Manager at Fusion Connect since 2018.

Randal Switzer's education history includes several academic experiences. In 1996, they attended Salisbury University, where they focused on networking studies. Randal continued their education in 1998 at Prince George's Community College, pursuing general studies. The following year, in 1999, Randal enrolled at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, specializing in networking but did not attain a degree. Lastly, in 1999, they attended the Computer Learning Center, where they obtained a Network Engineering Diploma with a focus on MCSE.
