Terry Corder has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. From 1995 to 1996, Corder worked as a Web Developer at ntr.net. In 1999, Corder joined Humana as a Sr. Network Systems Analyst and remained in that role until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, Corder worked as a Project Engineer at Appriss, Inc. Following that, Corder joined Lightyear Network Solutions, LLC in 2005 and served as a Supervisor Network Engineering until 2011. During this time, Corder managed a team of Network Engineers and VoIP Provisioners, contributing to the development of design solutions that are still in use today. Since 2011, Corder has been with Fusion Connect, initially serving as Sr. Director, Solutions Engineering and then being promoted to Vice President Solutions Engineering. In this role, Corder is responsible for managing a team of engineers and collaborating with Sales and other departments to address customer needs.

Terry Corder attended the University of Louisville from 1990 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a field of study in Computer Information Systems (CIS). Prior to their enrollment at the University of Louisville, Terry attended Moore from 1986 to 1990, although information about their degree or field of study during this period is not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Terry has obtained several certifications in the field of networking and technology. In March 2013, they earned the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification. After that, in July 2016, they obtained the VSP 2016 and VTSP 2016 certifications from VMware. In March 2019, Terry became a Certified Meraki Networking Associate through Cisco Meraki. Their latest certification is the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate, which they received in April 2021 from Fortinet.
