Wayne Rehberger

Wayne Rehberger most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Engility until his retirement in 2019. Wayne also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TASC from 2010 to its merger with Engility in 2015.

Wayne is a member of the Board of Directors of QTS Realty Trust (QTS) and also serves as a member of the Audit and Security Committees of QTS. In addition, Wayne serves as a member of the Advisory Board of SAP National Security.

In 2017, Wayne was awarded the Virginia CFO of the Year award by Virginia Business for his outstanding commitment to financial stewardship and dedication to the success of Engility.

Earlier in his career, Wayne served as the Chief Operating Officer of XO Communications and, prior to joining XO Communications, Wayne held several positions at MCI Communications, including Senior Vice President of Finance. Wayne also served on the Board of Directors of Concert (a $1.0 billion dollar joint venture between MCI and British Telecom International).

Wayne began his corporate career with the consulting arm of KPMG and also served for 10 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, achieving the rank of Major.
