Aurelien Rousseau is a Technical Responsible Officer at Fusion for Energy, with extensive experience in managing projects related to cryogenic and vacuum equipment design and manufacturing for the ITER project since April 2014. Aurelien played a pivotal role in the manufacturing of the MITICA Cryopump, overseeing procurement negotiations, tender management, and contractor coordination. Prior to this, Aurelien served as Chargé d'affaires at SEIV, focusing on the pre-production cryopump for ITER, and worked at SDMS as an Ingénieur d'études, specializing in the design and testing of custom vacuum and cryogenic devices. Aurelien began the career as an R&D engineer at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, following an education in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from Grenoble INP - Phelma and coursework at Iowa State University.
