Lars Boetje

Lars Boetje currently serves as the CEO of VIDA Bioenergy, a leading European producer of biomethane and biogenic CO₂, since August 2024. In addition, Lars holds the position of Non Executive Board Member at Fusion, contributing to global strategy and operations for a manufacturer of electrofusion fittings and PE ball valves. Prior experience includes CEO roles at RESiLICON and a senior advisory position at McKinsey & Company, where Lars also worked as a Management Consultant. Lars was a member of the executive committee at Aliaxis, overseeing three global businesses and leading growth programs across over 45 countries. Previous roles also include Global Business Director at Hexion Inc., where revenue and EBITDA were significantly increased, and a technologist at Shell. Lars holds an LCOR in Change Management from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Groningen.
