Trey Phillips is an accomplished entrepreneur and co-founder with extensive experience in the cannabis and health sectors. As President of Thrive Apothecary since June 2018, Trey leads Texas's only full-service cannabis provider, offering an unparalleled array of products, including CBD and medical marijuana. In tandem, Trey co-founded Thrive Medical Cannabis in September 2021, facilitating access to medical marijuana prescriptions for Texans through free consultations, especially supporting veterans and public service personnel. Additionally, as President of WelCel Inc. since June 2019, Trey oversees a wellness brand dedicated to high-quality cannabis products and supplements, promoting health and vitality. Trey also co-owns Fusion Healthy Aging, which focuses on using Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy to aid healthy aging. Before entering the entrepreneurial landscape, Trey served as a Police Sergeant with the City of Fort Worth from 1999 until retirement in September 2018. Trey holds a degree from Sam Houston State University, completed between 1996 and 1999.
