Michael Baeten

Michael Baeten is an experienced Project Manager currently working at Fusion Integrated Solutions, LLC since June 2021, managing both large and small capital projects. Prior to this role, Michael served as Process Improvement Manager at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. from September 2020 to March 2021, and as Project Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC from January 2007 to August 2020, overseeing large capital improvement projects for the North American Consumer Products group. Michael's earlier experience includes a position as Technical Group Leader at Paper Converting Machine Company, where responsibilities included leading the development of printing, embossing, laminating, and unwinding equipment, as well as serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer at FMC, where machine designs for wrapping and bag making were created. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Purdue University, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
