James Duncan

James Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James currently holds the position of Head of People at Fusion Lifestyle since July 2022. Earlier in 2022, they worked as a Development Coach at City Skills and as a People Manager at Sporting House. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Group People & Culture at Future Fit Training Ltd from January 2019 to October 2021, and briefly as a Learning & People Development Manager from August to December 2018. James also has a significant history with Fusion Lifestyle, where they held various roles such as Learning and Development Manager from May 2016 to August 2018, Qualifications & Training Manager from January 2015 to May 2016, Qualification Compliance Manager from December 2013 to January 2015, and Learning & Development Advisor from August 2010 to January 2014. James started their career as an Independent Trainer at J Duncan Training from June 2009 to January 2012 and then worked as a Senior Duty Manager at Parkwood Leisure from August 2008 to August 2010. Furthermore, they have experience as a Duty Manager at Fusion Lifestyle from October 2007 to August 2008, and as an Assistant Sports & Leisure Manager at Bourne Leisure, Haven Holidays from March 2005 to August 2007.
