Mark Rogers has extensive work experience in the fitness and community development sectors. Mark is currently serving as the Community and Partnerships Director at Fusion Lifestyle. Previously, from 2016 to 2023, they worked at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust, where they held various roles, including Divisional Director - Delivery and Experience and Head of Regional Partner Management, where they provided leadership and support to internal and external stakeholders. Prior to that, Mark worked at LA Fitness from 2005 to 2016, starting as a General Manager and progressing to Regional Director. Mark also served as the General Manager for ROKO Health and Fitness from 2003 to 2004, overseeing the management of a soccer complex and integration with the main health club facility.
Mark Rogers obtained a CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Contract Management from Oxford Professional Education Group from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Leisure Management with a focus on Sport Studies from Buckinghamshire New University from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Mark has obtained several certifications including Level 2 Understanding Autism from Newbury College in September 2022, Project Planning from UK Civil Service in February 2022, Managing Project Stakeholders from LinkedIn in April 2020, and UEFA B Licensed Coach from The Football Association in August 2003.
