Lakshmi P.

Lakshmi P. started their career in 2015 at IBM as a Security Delivery Specialist / Windows Administrator, working for the client Thomson Reuters. Lakshmi dealt with tickets created by support staff and performed tasks such as NT creation, activation, suspension, and managing various systems like Trust and Service Cloud. In 2016, they left IBM and joined Fusion Plus Solutions Inc as a System Engineer. After working there for a year, they moved to Mushroom Solutions in 2023, where they currently hold the position of System Engineer. At Mushroom Solutions, they focus on providing enterprise and interactive solutions, including digital process automation, knowledge management, virtual and augmented reality, content creation, and machine learning agents.

Lakshmi P. received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they also pursued a B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU University in Anantapur, A.P during the same time period.
