FUSION Specialty MGA's - (FUSION), which is part of the POP Group is an MGA platform for expert specialty and specialist insurance sector entrepreneurs across USA, Europe and APAC. FUSION is attracting market leading Specialist Underwriting Teams and well rated re/insurance paper and capacity.

Fusion has established a market leading position in the SME M&A insurance segment across the APAC region, and is now expanding its products + services globally, enabled by data + technology.

Fusion launched our M&A business in partnership with AGCS, a division of Allianz in 2018 for W&I, Tax and Contingent across APAC. In 2019, we expanded our ecosystem with a partnership agreement with Rakuten in Japan and we entered into a partnership with Zurich for business across APAC. 

Fusion became a coverholder @ Lloyd's when we partnered with Markel Syndicate 3000 mid 2019. We expanded with HDI Global Specialty in Australia and Ping An for China in 2020. We partnered with Antares Syndicate 1274 in 2022.

Through our partnerships, we can can provide clients with admitted paper in South Korea, Japan, India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, USA and the UK and Europe as well as certain non-admitted countries.

Fusion launched our Financial Lines business in 2021 with a global insurance partner in Australia, and launch across Asia with global partners in 2022. Fusion UK writes the world's first parametric digital business interruption through our partnership with Chaucer.

Fusion has a global partnership with Markel for M&A Insurance focused on SME transactions and launched in USA in Q4 2021, and UK & Europe end Q1 2022.

Fusion's principals are Killian McDermott and David Rogers, who have fifty years’ collective experience and a successful track record of building profitable specialty insurance businesses, including re/insurers and MGAs in APAC, Europe, Latam and the US.
