Melissa Bouchard

Melissa Bouchard is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fusion3 Consulting, a position held since January 2019, where leadership is focused on delivering exceptional technology consulting services and cultivating client partnerships. Prior experience includes roles at Carousel Industries from 2012 to December 2018, progressing from Senior Director of Operations to various director-level positions, emphasizing continuous improvement, service operations management, and business applications. Earlier, Melissa served as a Benefits & HRIS Specialist at Imperial Distributors, significantly enhancing Worker’s Compensation processes, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Riverside Community Care, where responsibilities included administering benefits for 800 employees. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rhode Island College and an Associate of Arts degree from the Community College of Rhode Island.
