Frank Nicodem

Frank Nicodem is currently the Vice President of Business Operations at Fusion92. Frank has been with the company since February 2016 and in their current role since June 2021.

Prior to their current position, Frank held the title of VP Operations at Fusion92. During their time with the company, they led the operations teams including Business Ops, HR/Recruiting, Business Intelligence, IT & Facilities during a critical growth period from 40 to 120 employees in 3 years. Frank also collaborated on the Sr leadership team, assessing needs/priorities across diverse stakeholders and building consensus across business units to set and achieve strategic company goals.

In addition to their leadership roles at Fusion92, Frank has also managed multiple challenging M/A including due diligence, strategic planning, integration, and completion. Frank has also increased company revenues, brought new products/services to market and controlled costs. Some of their key accomplishments include achieving orgl KPIs through Business Intelligence reports & analysis including billable time, burn rate, empl engagement, Client NPS and additional companywide dashboards.

Frank is known for their ability to discern data needs and compile and interpret relevant data into actionable presentations to executive leadership, informing business decisions. Frank has also consistently met/exceeded budget goals that reduce waste/increase efficiencies through creation and management of company and departmental budgets with financial accountability.
