Chris Gieger

Chris Gieger has over 25 years of professional experience in the fields of user experience, product design, and advertising. In 1991, they began their career as an Assistant Art Director at Grey Advertising, where they assisted Art Directors in developing print campaigns, TV commercials and client pitches for various clients. In 1994, they moved to PRMC as an Art Director, where they created ad campaigns, collateral, logos, trade show materials, etc. and assisted in closing sales opportunities, estimating projects and writing proposals. In 1997, they joined IMEDIA as a Creative Director, helping to land large client accounts such as AT&T, Nabisco, and Panasonic. In 1999, they became the Director of User Interface Design at Computer Horizons (ICM & G.Triad), successfully creating and managing CHC's new User Interface Design practice. In 2006, they founded GIEGER Visual Communications, LLC, and also became the Director of User Interface Design at TEKsystems, successfully creating and managing TEKsystems' new User Interface Design practice. In 2007, they co-founded BuzzHub, a startup that was "the Yelp of the NY metro area", providing small businesses with online reputation management, SEO/SEM services, and CRM software capabilities. In 2008, they became the Director of User Experience at Fusionapps, LLC, creating a UX Design practice and successfully helping pivot the company from a small ColdFusion development shop to a UX-centric software development firm. In 2014, they co-founded UX Team, where they are currently the Co-Founder and Director of User Experience. Chris's current clients include Gerber, Hasbro, Morgan Stanley, Nestl\u00e9, and Selective Insurance. Chris is responsible for managing all projects and resources, leading Team Work Sessions and client presentations, designing software user experiences, and leading all marketing and sales efforts.

Chris Gieger attended The Art Institutes from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an Associates degree in Visual Communications.
