Mike Papedis

Mike Papedis has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mike began their career in 1994 as a Wholesaler and Client Service Representative at Sit Investment Associates. In 2000, they moved to TD Ameritrade Institutional (formerly TD Waterhouse Institutional) as a Sales Representative. In 2003, they joined Fidelity Investments as Vice President of Sales. In 2010, they joined HighTower as Managing Director of RIA Acquisitions (M&A), and then as Managing Director of the HighTower Network, where they launched the business line, managed COI's, and conducted advisor recruiting and marketing outreach to independent business owners. Mike was also Executive Vice President of the HighTower Experience Group, where they were responsible for advisor recruiting, advisor partner development, and media relations. In 2017, they joined Fusion Financial Partners as Managing Partner, a strategic consulting firm providing expert guidance to business owners across the independent wealth management waterfront. In 2020, they co-founded FusionNetix.

Mike Papedis attended Creighton University from 1990 to 1991, studying Pre-Med. Mike then transferred to the University of Iowa, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance in 1995.
