Jing CHEN (Felix) began their career in 2003 as a Marketing Executive at CITS (China International Travel Service). In 2007, they became the Marketing & PR Manager at Viessmann. In 2010, they joined Volkswagen Group China and held various roles, including Group Sports Car Marketing Senior Manager, Marketing Manager of VW Brand Marketing, and Executive Assistant of President Skoda China / Volkswagen China. In 2014, they were appointed Head of Marketing & Training at Volkswagen New Mobility Services Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Since 2016, they have been working at \u5927\u4f17\u6c7d\u8f66\u91d1\u878d\u4e2d\u56fd, where they have held the roles of Head of Strategy, Brand/OEM Management, Marketing/PR, Chief Digital Officer, Head of Business Development/Chief Digital Officer, Head of Strategy, Product & Marketing/CDO Market China, and Head of Digitalization, Mobility and Corporate Strategy.
Jing CHEN (Felix) obtained a Master/MBA in International Marketing from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University between 2006 and 2007. Jing then went on to obtain a Bachelor in Germanistik/Interculture Communication from Beijing International Studies University between 1999 and 2003. In 2015, they obtained a Volkswagen Group Global Leadership Lisence/Führungslizenz from VW Group. Most recently, in June 2017, they completed a Senior Management Program of Digitalization, Mobility and New Business Model from Harvard University.
