Xuankang Wang

Xuankang Wang has worked in the IT industry since 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they were an IT Project Manager at Goldwind, where they were responsible for Business Analysis and Project Management for the Electronic Bidding System and Engineering Community System. From 2018 to 2019, they were an IT Project Manager (Outsourcing) at Daimler China. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Volkswagen Financial Services (China) as a Team Leader of Risk & Accounting, IT Project Manager, and IT Project Manager (Outsourcing). In these roles, they were responsible for managing a team of IT projects and applications, assisting the Director of IT BO&MO Project & Application on IT strategy and budget topics, and ensuring the proper management of resource management, budget, and human resources. Xuankang also managed IT projects using .net framework, .net core, SQL Server, Java, and DataMart.

Xuankang Wang has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sichuan University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Xuankang then went on to pursue a MSc in Renewable Energy Systems Technology from Loughborough University, which they completed in 2015. In 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, as well as the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications from the Scrum Alliance. In 2022, they obtained the Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities and The Successful Young Leader certifications from LinkedIn.
