Ted Sailer

Ted has over 40 years of experience in the environmental industry. Prior to joining Fuss & O’Neill, Ted worked in government, the hazardous waste industry, and as an environmental consultant. He has experience in environmental compliance, solid and hazardous waste management, site assessment, and remediation. Ted has also qualified as an expert witness in state and federal court and has testified in numerous environmental enforcement cases.

In addition to his industrial clients, Ted has significant experience preparing environmental compliance documents and training for marinas and boatyards from Florida through Maine.
