Assistant Director, Fususacademy And Field Support at Fusus

Frank C. has over 17 years of professional experience in the field of law enforcement and technology. Frank began their career in 2005 as a Double Agent (In-Home Computer Technician) with Geek Squad. In 2010, they joined the City of Newport News as an Auxiliary Officer, Criminal Intelligence Unit & Real Time Crime Center. In this role, they were promoted to Police Sergeant, Criminal Intelligence Unit & Real Time Crime Center, where they supervised the Criminal Intelligence Unit and Real Time Crime Center of the NNPD. Frank led a small team in intelligence gathering tactics, primarily through the use of covert/overt electronic surveillance techniques, confidential sources, and intelligence databases. Their team designed and built the NNPD RTCC, from physical infrastructure to software suites. In 2022, they joined Fusus as a Field Support and Training Manager. Frank is responsible for curriculum development and creation of fususACADEMY, a program to help clients develop their own internal training while keeping alignment with Fusus training standards. Additionally, they are responsible for management, coaching, and mentoring of Fusus instructors.

Frank C. attended Christopher Newport University from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
