Ana Luisa Cunha

Ana Luisa Cunha has extensive experience in quality management and operations, currently serving as the Quality and Operations Manager at Dragon Force, FC Porto, since September 2017. In this role, Ana Luisa specializes in implementing and evaluating quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001:2015 standards, conducting internal audits, managing logistics and supplier selection, and overseeing events and complaint management. Prior to this position, Ana Luisa held roles at FC Porto, including Operational Manager for Amateur Modalities, where responsibilities encompassed budget definition, supplier management, facility oversight, and human resources. Ana Luisa also has coaching experience in volleyball, having trained various youth teams at Boavista F.C. and GDC Gueifães, and has education credentials in quality management and sports management from reputable institutions.
