Francisco Santos

Francisco Santos is an experienced sports professional currently serving as Operational Coordinator and Technical Coordinator at FC Porto since October 2018, with responsibilities that include evaluating youth teams, preparing activity calendars, organizing training sessions, and leading internal technical formations. Additionally, Francisco has worked as a Football Coach with various age groups between U5 and U15 and held positions such as Head Coach for the FC Porto - Dragon Force National Team and coach for youth football tours and camps. Previous experience includes roles as a Physical Activity Teacher at ADICE and Cooperativa ME, as well as summer camp monitor positions. Francisco holds a Master's degree in Sports Training focused on youth football from Universidade do Porto and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports from Universidade da Madeira.
