Jordana Moura

Jordana Moura possesses extensive experience in retail and merchandising, currently serving as a Product Coordinator and Retail Operation Manager at FC Porto since June 2010. Responsibilities include managing seven FC Porto stores with a team of 40, leading and motivating staff, overseeing product exposure, stock control, and supplier management, while also analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue. Prior to FC Porto, Jordana worked at DECATHLON as a Retail Sales Assistant, where responsibilities included customer service, stock management, and promotional campaign execution. Jordana holds a degree in Sports Management from Universidade da Maia and furthered education in high performance with PNL.
