Rita Fernandes

Rita Fernandes has extensive experience in sports management, education, and community development, with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. Currently, Rita manages sports and activities at FC Porto, serving as the Coordinator of the FC Porto Swimming School and a swimming teacher for competitive athletes. Previous roles include technical coordinator for water programs at ESAGE II, project management in cultural production at SETEPÉS, and vocational training in personal development and leadership from 2001 to 2010. Rita also conducted social research at Centro Comunitário do Amial and worked in community development actions aimed at employment and vocational training. Rita holds a Master in High Performance Sport from Universidade do Porto, a degree in Sport and Fitness Administration from Universidade da Maia, and a Master's in Sociology from Universidade do Porto.
