Susana Dias

Susana Dias has extensive experience in financial planning and management control, currently serving at FC Porto since May 2003, where responsibilities include designing the budgeting model, conducting budgetary control, and overseeing external reporting. Prior to this, Susana worked as a consultant at Accenture from September 2000 to April 2003, focusing on management solutions, technical implementations, user testing, and team management. Susana holds a post-graduation in Audit and Management Control from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, along with degrees in Economics from Universidade do Minho and various professional training certifications in client engagement and staff training.
