Tavius Jefferson

Tavius Jefferson, CSPO, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Tavius began their career as an IT technician at Florida A&M University, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and software. Afterward, Tavius worked as an editor at Soletron and then as an internet marketing manager at Solid9 Group, where they delivered technical assistance and resolved hardware/software issues.

In 2011, Tavius joined Digital Express Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer as a manager, supervising a retail store team and providing technical support to customers. Tavius also worked as an account manager at Interline Brands during this time.

From 2011 to 2016, Tavius served as the manager at Digital Express Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, overseeing sales, resolving technical issues, and optimizing support processes.

In 2017, Tavius expanded their skills by working as a website modifications specialist at Web.com, where they offered technical services and created visually appealing websites for clients. Tavius also worked as a corporate identity specialist, developing corporate brand recognition for various small and medium-sized businesses.

Starting in 2019, Tavius became the information technology operations team lead at Futura Mobility, LLC, leading a team of technicians and deploying Windows 10 equipment across different facilities.

Currently, Tavius holds the position of IT systems administrator at Brooks Rehabilitation, where they focus on maintaining connectivity and optimizing mobile device management systems.

Tavius Jefferson attended Fitzgerald High School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued Information Technology at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2022, and an Apple iOS Developer certification from Apple, obtained in May 2010.
