Al Cuizon, Jr. has a diverse range of work experience. Al started in 2021 as a member of the National Honor Society. In 2022, they founded and served as the CEO of ModernMedia Social, a company focused on advertising and giving back to entrepreneurs. Al also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at ShotHawk Protection Systems and as a member of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), holding roles such as State Vice President of Communications and Vice President of the ICC Chapter. In 2023, Al became a youth member of the United Nations Association of the United States of America and a social media manager at Katalista.org. Al also served as a board member at ELITE COMMUNITY OUTREACH CORP, a CDBG Commissioner at the City of Peoria, and a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International. Additionally, they worked as a student ambassador at Illinois Central College. Through these experiences, Al has demonstrated their commitment to entrepreneurship, marketing, leadership, and community involvement.

Al Cuizon, Jr. completed their high school education at Richwoods High School from 2018 to 2022, where they received a High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. Following that, from 2022 to 2024, they enrolled at Illinois Central College and pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Legal Studies, General.
