Cris Flores

Cris Flores has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Most recently, since January 2021, they have been working as a Human Resources Director at FutureCare Health. Prior to this, from November 2018 to December 2020, they held a similar role at Cadia Healthcare.

In 2017, Cris worked at NIH Federal Credit Union as a Human Resources Manager from June 2017 to January 2018. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Heritage Care, Inc for a significant duration, from August 2011 to June 2017.

Cris started their career as a Human Resources / Payroll Specialist at NMS Healthcare from July 2010 to July 2011 and then moved on to Heritage Care, Inc as a Human Resources Management Specialist from October 2009 to July 2010.

Prior to their role at Heritage Care, Inc, Cris gained experience in the field of IT Business Process Consulting as Director and HR Consultant at S3 and R from March 2007 to December 2008.

Cris Flores earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Santo Tomas. They obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2014 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in December 2011.
