Esther Pang

Esther Pang serves as a Strategic Advisor and Director of the Future Incubator at Future Coalition since January 2021, while also contributing as a Board Member of B Local NYC and as Executive Director of the March On Foundation, a nonprofit focused on social impact and community organizing. With a background in nonprofit leadership, Esther has held significant roles such as Director of Operations at Right to Be and Project Manager at the COVID Community Fund, alongside serving on the Board of Directors for The COCO Fund. Esther's previous experience includes being an Impact Manager at Ecodeo, a Global People's Summit Fellow, and participating in the UNLEASH innovation lab for Sustainable Development Goals. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from New York University.
