Ewelina Burek is currently the Head of Operations at Future Collars since July 2023. Prior to that role, she was a Team Leader in the Transfer Agent department at BNP Paribas Securities Services from December 2017 to June 2023. Before that, she worked as a Team Leader in the Funds Equities Bonds Team at Capgemini from January 2011 to November 2017. Ewelina has a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) in Zarzadzanie from AGH University of Krakow. In her roles, she has been responsible for leading teams of data analysts, managing processes, developing KPI control systems, and collaborating with customers and management. She also has experience in recruitment, training, talent management, and setting goals for teams.
