Josephine Ko

Josephine Ko is an experienced professional with a robust background in IT and business process management, currently serving as Director of the IT Business Process Center of Excellence and Director of Product Marketing at Future Electronics since November 2010. With prior experience as IT Business Project Manager at Future Electronics from 1994 to 2010, Josephine led major initiatives such as the global deployment of the PeopleSoft CRM application and was instrumental in launching performance tools and managing application security. Josephine's career began at ABB, where as Project Engineer, contributions included workflow re-engineering and process improvements. Josephine holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
