Maggie Kruse is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in people and culture strategy across various industries, including biotech, tech startups, and consumer goods. Currently serving as EVP of People & Culture at Nusano, Maggie is focused on innovative solutions for medical radioisotopes. Previous roles include People and Culture Advisor at Future Family, EVP and Chief People Officer at Nav Inc., and Head of People at Walmart Global Tech and Jet.com. Maggie has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and strategic planning throughout a diverse career that also includes significant contributions at companies like ICU Medical, Discover Financial Services, Danone, PepsiCo, and Target. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication and Public Relations from Southern Utah University and has furthered education with a program for emerging CHRO leaders at UC Berkeley Extension.
