Jullin Fjeldstad

Head of Clinical Embryology & Scientific Operations at Future Fertility

Jullin Fjeldstad has a wide range of experience in the field of clinical embryology and scientific operations. They are currently working as the Head of Clinical Embryology & Scientific Operations at Future Fertility since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Of Customer Service and Clinical Embryology at the same company from March 2021.

In 2020, Jullin worked as a Registration Clerk in the Covid 19 Call Centre at Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority for a period of six months, from October 2020 to April 2022.

From 2007 to 2020, Jullin had numerous roles at Victoria Fertility Centre. Their most recent role was as a Senior Embryologist from December 2018 to March 2020. They also served as the Laboratory Director, where they were responsible for managing the lab team and operations, as well as coordinating with service contractors and suppliers. Their other roles at Victoria Fertility Centre included Senior Embryologist, where they conducted daily IVF lab procedures and supervised junior staff members, and Jr. Embryologist/Androgist.

Overall, Jullin has valuable experience in the field of clinical embryology, ranging from hands-on lab work to leadership positions, and has a strong focus on providing high-quality service and managing laboratory operations.

Jullin Fjeldstad completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Victoria from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Science (MSc) degree in Clinical Embryology from the University of Leeds between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jullin obtained the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society Certified Embryologist certification from the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society in September 2014.
