John Richmond is an experienced executive in the property and real estate investment sector, currently serving as Executive Director of Property at the Future Fund, Australia's sovereign wealth fund. Prior to this role, John held the position of Senior Investment Director for Australia and New Zealand Property at AustralianSuper, the largest pension fund in Australia. John has also served as Executive Director and Head of Australia at Ping An Real Estate and was Divisional Head of Strategy, Commercial, and Business Development at UrbanGrowth NSW. Earlier career experiences include roles in Australian real estate equities research at Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as Development Manager at Stockland. John possesses an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Architecture from UNSW.
