Rafael Fernández is the Chief Operating Officer at Future Internet Consulting and Development Solutions since April 2017. Rafael holds a PhD in Computing, a Master’s degree in IT, and a Computer Science Degree, all obtained from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Research interests include Web 2.0 technologies.
