Emilia Javorsky

Scientist & Director, Multistakeholder Engagement at Future of Life Institute

Emilia Javorsky is a scientist and the director of multistakeholder engagement at the Future of Life Institute. Emilia was previously the chief scientific officer and co-founder of Sundaily, which was acquired by Grove Collaborative in 2020. Prior to that, they were a Fulbright-Schuman Scholar at the U.S. Mission to the European Union in Brussels, where they worked with government agencies, academia and industry to identify policy barriers and solutions to enhance transatlantic collaboration in clinical trials. Emilia also investigated the role of emerging public private partnership models in accelerating drug development. Javorsky has also worked as a contract consultant for JSI | John Snow, Inc. and as a clinical researcher for the Clinical Unit for Research Trials in Skin (CURTIS) at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Emilia Javorsky received their BA (cum laude) in Psychology/Biology from Columbia University in the City of New York. Emilia then went on to get their MPH in Health Policy & Management from Boston University. After that, they attended University of Massachusetts Medical School and received their MD in Medicine. Currently, they are a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School.
