Lara Kehoe Hoffman

Lara Kehoe Hoffman (CIPP/E, CIPP/US) is a Senior Fellow at the Future of Privacy Forum and was previously the Chief Privacy Officer for Netflix. An innovative and strategic thinker, Lara is an accomplished lawyer with a proven record of building, implementing and maintaining privacy/data protection programs in challenging regulatory environments.

Lara has strong expertise in global privacy and data protection laws and best practices, cybersecurity and breach response preparedness, information management and governance, and related public policy. She has domain expertise in analytics, education, advertising and children’s privacy, among other areas. Lara has engaged with regulators and privacy counsel in all regions, and has navigated through complex landscapes to support rollouts of high profile products and services.

Lara has educated and entertained at privacy events around the world, including at the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Practicing Law Institute, the Future of Privacy Forum, and the Global Privacy Assembly.
