Jasmin Salahudeen

Jasmin Salahudeen is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and performance analysis. Currently serving as a Global Rewards and Performance Analyst at Future Pipe Industries since December 2022, Jasmin previously held roles as a People Operations Analyst at Kavak.com and as a Group HR and Payroll Generalist at Prime Group, where responsibilities included overseeing HR activities and payroll administration. Earlier experience at Hi Sandy involved HR executive duties such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Jasmin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SBS Swiss Business School and a BCom in Business/Commerce from the University of Kerala.
