Gemma Fraser-Pearson

Gemma Fraser-Pearson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service and operations management, currently serving as Global Director of Service & Operations (Subscriptions) at Future since August 2021. In this role, Gemma oversees operations for Go. Compare, MVC, and Future Subscriptions. Prior to this, Gemma held various leadership positions at GoCompare from April 2007 to August 2021, including Group Head of Service and Head of Business and Customer Service. Earlier in the career, Gemma worked at Confused.com as a Customer Service Manager and at Admiral Group plc as a Customer Service Representative, starting in April 2002.
