Chad Noland has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chad began their career at AOL in 2003, where they worked in Member Relations Management for four years. Chad then joined FACTOR in 2007 as a Software Implementation and Training Manager for a year. In 2008, they moved to Chesapeake Energy as an IT Business Analyst for E&P Systems, where they stayed for five years. Chad then worked at Love's Travel Stops in 2013 as a Senior IT Project Manager. Chad joined Devon Energy in 2014 as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in E&P Data and Analytics. Chad's most recent position was at Future Point of View, where they started as a Senior Consultant in 2016 and later became the SVP of Enterprise Strategy and Partner, leading engagements with clients to scale their digital backbone and improve process efficiency.
Chad Noland has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business. Chad also has an MBA in Strategic Management from Southern Nazarene University. Additionally, Chad has pursued further education in the field of Data Science and Analytics at the University of Oklahoma College of Professional and Continuing Studies. In terms of certifications, Chad has obtained the certification of Certified Business Futurist from Might - The Futures Design Agency.
