Samantha Laham

Samantha Laham is an experienced educator currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Virginia Beach City Public Schools, focusing on grades 1-4 in a cross-categorical self-contained setting since March 2024. Additionally, Samantha has been a Substitute Teacher for the Bernards Township Board of Education since May 2022, covering various roles across elementary, middle, and high schools. Since June 2021, Samantha has worked as a Camp Instructor at Future Stars Camps, leading activities for 3-5 year-olds and managing the associated counselors, after starting as a camp counselor. Previously, an internship at Oak Street Elementary School allowed Samantha to support a second-grade teacher, providing assistance with reading, writing, vocabulary, and mathematics. Samantha holds Bachelor's degrees in Special Education and Teaching as well as Psychology from The College of New Jersey, awarded in 2023.
