Leigh Dunlop On Bidjigal Country

Leigh Dunlop has a diverse work experience history. Leigh started their career at Herbert Smith Freehills, where they worked as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant from May 2010 to February 2014. After that, they held the position of Senior HR Adviser from March 2014 to June 2017 and later became the HR Manager from July 2017 to August 2018.

In 2018, Leigh joined Future Super, initially working as the Head of People and Culture from September 2018 to June 2019. Leigh then served as the Chief Operating Officer from July 2019 to June 2021 and was promoted to Chief People Officer from July 2021 to July 2023. Presently, they hold the role of Executive Director, People at Future Super since July 2023.

In 2021, Leigh briefly worked at Not Business As Usual as a Climate Striker in May 2021.

Leigh Dunlop completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Honours) from UNSW between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and Policy from UNSW between 2003 and 2005.
