Ragna Os Eskeland

Ragna Os Eskeland currently serves as the Executive Director for People and Organisation at the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), a position held since May 2010, while also functioning as Global Human Resources Director and Director of Deployments for NORCAP. In these roles, Ragna is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the organizational culture and talent capacity of NRC, as well as overseeing expert deployments to various institutions. Previous positions include HR Manager at Amnesty International Norway, Adviser for Emergency Preparedness at Norwegian Church Aid, and several roles within NRC, including Recruitment Coordinator and Researcher. Ragna holds a Master of Arts in Political Sociology from The London School of Economics and a Cand.Mag in Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology from the University of Oslo.
