Waqas Siddiqui began their work experience as a Technical Support Representative at Vodafone in August 2010. Waqas configured and deployed DSL modems and access points, provided first-level support to customers, and assisted with networking solutions for corporate clients. In November 2012, they joined United Bank Limited as a Help Desk Support Tier 1, where they provided excellent support to end users and resolved weekly tickets regarding server, desktop, printer, phone, and remote user issues. Waqas also managed user accounts in Active Directory. In November 2013, Waqas joined Future Technologies as a Network Engineer.
