Waqas Siddiqui

Waqas Siddiqui began their work experience as a Technical Support Representative at Vodafone in August 2010. Waqas configured and deployed DSL modems and access points, provided first-level support to customers, and assisted with networking solutions for corporate clients. In November 2012, they joined United Bank Limited as a Help Desk Support Tier 1, where they provided excellent support to end users and resolved weekly tickets regarding server, desktop, printer, phone, and remote user issues. Waqas also managed user accounts in Active Directory. In November 2013, Waqas joined Future Technologies as a Network Engineer. Their responsibilities included working on the OCSNE project for the National Bank of Pakistan, managing and troubleshooting connected branches, and liaising with PTCL for circuit and media issues.

Waqas Siddiqui has a diverse education history. Waqas pursued an MSc in Mobile and Distributed Computer Networks from Leeds Beckett University over the period of 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Usman Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Waqas obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from the Cisco Networking Academy in October 2014.

Before embarking on their higher education journey, Waqas Siddiqui attended the Saudia Arabian International School in Al Khobar and Dammam from 1992 to 2002. However, no degree or field of study information is available for this period.
