Futurewhiz
Yvonne van Duijn-Buitenga has over 19 years of experience in customer service and management roles. Yvonne started their career at NH Hotel Group as an F&B Medewerker before moving to HotelSpecials as a Senior servicedesk medewerker. Yvonne then joined Tele2 Nederland, where they held various positions such as Customer Experience Specialist, Teamleider Webcare, and Quality Specialist. Yvonne later transitioned to Squla and Futurewhiz, where they worked as a Customer Care Manager and eventually became the Head of Customer Service, overseeing teams and ensuring optimal customer experiences.
Yvonne van Duijn-Buitenga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communicatiewetenschap from the University of Amsterdam in 2006 and went on to earn a Master's degree in the same field from the same university in 2008. Yvonne also received a certification in Leadership Training from Lepaya in 2023.
