Kristin MacDonald

Kristin MacDonald has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. Kristin is currently the Vice President of Design at FutureFeed since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Principal Owner of Arboria Solutions, where they created a knowledgebase solution for the technology industry and worked on patent documentation and grant submissions.

Kristin also worked as the Sr. Manager IT Enterprise Services at Higher Logic from November 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they were the Director of IT Support Services at Constellis from March 2020 to September 2021.

Kristin has also held several managerial and technical positions. Kristin served as the IT Services Manager at MITRE from June 2019 to February 2020, where they provided leadership and oversight for IT service and support. At Southland Industries, they were the Manager of IT Support Services from March 2015 to April 2019 and the Corporate BIM Analyst from February 2013 to March 2015, where they managed support teams, provided troubleshooting, and developed training curriculum.

Kristin started their career as an Application Specialist at CADD Microsystems from March 2011 to February 2013, where they provided software consulting and technical support. Kristin also worked as a Revit BIM Coordinator at Hankins & Anderson from September 2008 to March 2011.

Kristin MacDonald has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Computer Science, with honors (Cum Laude), from Harvard University. In addition to their formal education, Kristin has obtained several certifications, including Certified Duo Help Desk Administrator, Duo Device Trust, and Level One Administrator, all from Duo Security, which they obtained in February 2023.
