Christopher Z.

Christopher Z. is an engineering intern at FutureHouse since June 2025 and co-founder of Health Engine, a pre-seed healthcare startup accelerator based at UC Berkeley. Christopher has significant experience as a staff research associate at the University of California, San Francisco, and previously served as a software engineer at Datavant, where contributions included building a payments system and an MVP for a life sciences project. As an Accel Scholar and engineering fellow at Kleiner Perkins, Christopher has also held various roles in software engineering internships at LinkedIn and Nuna Inc. Additionally, Christopher was principal at the UC Berkeley Phoenix Consulting Group, delivering strategy projects for notable organizations including the American Red Cross and Medtronic. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
