Nicole Sandoval

Nicole Sandoval is an experienced player support and technical support specialist with a strong background in the gaming industry and technical environments. Currently serving as a Player Support Specialist at Futureplay Games since June 2022, Nicole excels in responding to player inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring external agents. Previous positions include technical support at Supermetrics and player support at Seriously Digital Entertainment. Additionally, Nicole has gained diverse experience in data analysis and customer service through roles at Outotec and Vital Storm Inc. Nicole holds a BA in Arts and Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
