Joshua Milligan is an experienced executive with a comprehensive background in customer management and digital marketing within the gaming industry. Since joining Ubisoft in 2003, Joshua has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of the Customer Team, overseeing multiple areas such as Community Management, Customer Support, Accessibility, and Player Safety. Previously, Joshua served as Vice President of Customer Management and Senior Director of Online Strategy, focusing on CRM and online strategies. Earlier positions include roles at Sega as Senior Manager of Online Marketing and at 3DO as Design Manager and Webmaster. Joshua holds a Master's degree in Humanities from San Francisco State University.
