Ram K.

Ram K. began their career in 2002 as a Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis. In 2006, they joined Narus as a Principal Member of Technical Staff and later became a Senior Member of Technical Staff. In 2013, they were hired as a Principal Data Scientist at Netskope, where they were responsible for bringing IT and the cloud together. In 2015, they moved to Awake Security as a Principal Data Infrastructure Architect and Data Scientist. In 2018, they became the Head of Data Science at Chronicle. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Data Science and ML, Google Cloud Enterprise Security (Chronicle) at Google. In 2021, they were hired as Chief Technology Officer at The Public Health Company, where they developed the first global biosecurity platform. Currently, Ram K. is the Chief Technology Officer at FutureProof Technologies.

Ram K. has an extensive educational background. Ram obtained a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 2006. Currently, they are enrolled in the Engineering Leadership Professional Program at the University of California, Berkeley, which they are expected to complete in June 2021. Ram also holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bangalore University.
